Malaysian Budget 2021 Allocates RM15 Million For Esports

The Malaysian government has allocated RM15 million towards the development of esports. This was revealed during the Budget 2021 presentation earlier today.

However, the budgets of previous years have allocated even bigger funding for esports, but the industry has remained stagnated over the years without any signs of meaningful growth.
