Idolm@ster Franchise Gets Concept Movie From Cloverworks & Studio Khara
During the Idolm@ster 16th-anniversary party livestream, the team announced a concept movie for the Japanese idol-filled musical game series.
The concept film will have Atsushi Nishigori as its director and character designer; fitting, since he’s responsible for the Idolm@ster TV anime and movie. The film’s production and animation will be done by Cloverworks and Studio Khara.
Here’s a teaser for the project, featuring the image song 2021 “Voyager”. The film will feature different pop idols from the Idolm@ster series performing this one song.
The concept films will be on sale next month on 4th August.
