Mythic Quest Gets Renewed For Season 3 and 4 On Apple

One of this generation’s funniest and insightful shows about video game development is getting a third and fourth season.

Mythic Quest, a show created by Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day, and Megan Ganz of It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia fame, has been renewed for two more seasons at Apple. The show stars McElhenney as Mythic Quest MMORPG creator Ian Grimm and features F. Murray Abraham, Danny Pudi, Imani Hakim, Charlotte Nicdao, Ashly Burch, Jessie Ennis, and David Hornsby.

The writer’s room for Season 3 will open later this year. Here’s a quote from Apple TV Plus head of programming Matt Cherniss.

“Just like critics and audiences all over the world, we fell in love with Rob and his team’s sharp writing and full-of-heart, relatable characters that make up the world of ‘Mythic Quest. We can’t wait for viewers to see what’s in store in the upcoming seasons of this brilliant workplace comedy.”
