Dead Island 2 Is Real; Coming Out Next February

The long-awaited zombie-slaying open-world action title Dead Island 2, long rumoured to be in development hell, is going to be a reality. And after many, many delays and rumours too!

According to Deep Silver and developer Dambuster Studios, the open-world action title has been reworked and rebuilt from the ground up for the past 4 years. This new version is set in Los Angeles, features six unique zombie-slaying characters with different personalities, and a ton of undead to kill up-close in first-person view. The initial reveal trailer showcases one of the zombie hunters, Jacob, with the game’s narrative being “B-movie” and “pulp”-like.

Dead Island 2 will be out on 3rd February 2023 for PC, Xbox Series, and PlayStation 5.
