Team Ninja’s Wo Long Fallen Dynasty Trailer Showcases Epic Action

Koei Tecmo and Team NINJA have released the first gameplay trailer for their next game, Wo Long Fallen Dynasty. They also announced that Wo Long Fallen Dynasty will be playable debut at the upcoming Tokyo Game Show 2022, which runs from 15 to 18 September 2022 in Japan.

The game’s producers Fumihiko Yasuda and Masaaki Yamagiwa will also appear on the Koei Tecmo official Tokyo Game Show live stream for a stage event.

It’s a new dark fantasy Three Kingdoms maso-core game from Team NINJA, the developers of Nioh and Nioh 2 and the Ninja Gaiden games. It’s set in 184 AD, Later Han Dynasty China. The land is overcome by chaos and destruction. The imperial dynasty that prospered for many years is now about to collapse.

Wo Long Fallen Dynasty is a dramatic, action-packed story of a nameless militia soldier fighting for survival in a dark fantasy version of the Later Han Dynasty where demons plague the Three Kingdoms. Players fight off deadly creatures and enemy soldiers using swordplay based on the Chinese martial arts, attempting to overcome the odds by awakening the true power from within.

Wo Long Fallen Dynasty is slated to release for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC sometime in early 2023.
