Resident Evil 4 Remake Gets Adorable Anime Shorts

With less than a week to go until the launch of Resident Evil 4 Remake, Capcom has released the first episode of a series of anime shorts for the game, titled Leon And The Mysterious Village. Produced by Nippon Animation, the first episode is titled “Looking For Ashley” and is currently available to watch on YouTube. (Editor’s note: this ad campaign is clearly parodying the 1974 anime series Heidi: Girl of the Alps).

Resident Evil 4 Remake is slated to release for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC on 24 March 2023 later this week. In the meantime, check out the first episode of the anime shorts below:
