PlayStation VR 2 Sold More Than Original PSVR IN First 6 Weeks

It’s quite a week at Sony Interactive Entertainment.

PlayStation VR2 (PS VR2), the company’s latest virtual reality headset that costs as much as a PlayStation 5, has sold nearly 600,000 units in its first 6 weeks of release. According to its recent announcement, the PS VR2 sold more units than the original PSVR by an eight per cent difference.

In addition, Sony has announced its upcoming PS VR2 lineup:

  • Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord
  • Beat Saber
  • Crossfire: Sierra Squad
  • Resident Evil 4 Remake
  • Synapse
  • Foglands
  • Green Hell VR
  • Behemoth

The peripheral came out on 22 February and we enjoyed it; price-wise, it was considered affordable given that other high-tier VR devices are beyond the RM3,000 range.
