Animangaki 2023 Tickets Are Now On Sale
By Alisha Alix|June 16, 2023|1 Comment
One of Malaysia’s biggest anime, comics and games conventions returns and fans can now purchase tickets via their official website. Tickets are offered in three options, starting with a single day ticket, a 3-Day Event Ticket Set and the Super Gaki Pack. However, only the 3-Day Event Set and the Super Gaki Pack are sold online.
Animangaki 2023 3-Day Event Ticket Set is RM120 for 3 tickets – one (1) wristband for Day 1 (Friday), one (1) wristband for Day 2 (Saturday), and one (1) wristband for Day 3 (Sunday). The set also includes one grand ruffle lucky draw ticket, one carnival game play coupon, one Animangaki 2023 event coaster, and a hall pass to skip the long entry queue to the convention.
Early birds can get a RM10 discount using the code [AMG2023] during check out and only applies to the first 3,000 attendees. This set offers a self-collect option at their physical roadshows, Cardinals Hobby Store, or at the ticket counter during the event day itself. Head over here to purchase.
If you wish to attend the convention for one day, tickets are only available for offline purchase at The Mines Convention Centre. Single day tickets cost RM45 per day. You can choose either day of the Animangaki 2023 convention. Expect to queue in a line of thousands of people and missed out on performances, workshops, or panels. Once the offline ticket cap reaches 15,000, the ticket counter will be closed.
The Super Gaki Pack offers everything in the 3-Day Event Ticket Set, including one official event lanyard, one event T-shirt, one Super Gaki Pass, and one event exclusive box sleeve. In contrast to the day ticket pass, the Super Gaki Pass can only be used up to three times to skip queues at selected autograph sessions, panels, and workshops. Head here to purchase.
Special category attendees – senior citizens (above 60 years old), children (below 11 years old) and the less abled (OKU) must purchase tickets offline during the event day at a dedicated express lane. The tickets cost only RM20 per day.
Tickets bought online can only be expected to be delivered on 1 July 2023. We recommend purchasing any of the online tickets early to be included in the first ticket delivery batch.
Animangaki will celebrate its 15th Anniversary this year at The Mines International Exhibition & Convention Centre (MIECC) from 25 to 27 August 2023. No other specifics have been announced yet but we do know that this year’s theme is “Astronomical”. More details and information will be released closer to the event itself.
In the meantime, stay tuned on Kakuchopurei for more updates or follow Animangaki’s official Facebook page.
