Final Fantasy 16: How To Get A White Chocobo Mount
In Final Fantasy 16, Clive can ride on a Chocobo to get to places quick. However, this option isn’t available in plain sight and requires you to be a tad diligent with the game’s plethora of sidequests.
Here’s how you can get a White Chocobo mount in Final Fantasy 16. We won’t bring up major spoilers in this guide; just chapter and sidequest names.
This might take a while, as this will take more than 10 hours to reach this point; about 45% into the storyline. You’ll know you’re at this point in the story when you’re heading to Martha’s Rest the second time.
This quest is available at Martha’s Rest in the Imperial Province of Rosaria region. The sidequest giver is close to The Fallen Gate bridge that’s south of Martha’s Rest.
You’ll go to one spot first. When you see a white feather, you’ll be directed to another spot. Head there, then fight the enemies there.
After that and a bunch of story stuff, that’s it: the sidequest is over. You now unlock the ability to ride on Chocobos.
Call on them at any time you’re in the overworld by pressing and holding R3, then mount them with the X button to ride them fast! You can jump and glide with X while on the Chocobo.
