Attack On Titan To Get Bonus Manga Chapter After Its Polarizing Ending
By Jonathan Toyad|October 4, 2023|0 Comment
Following the end of hit manga series Attack On Titan, which features badass vertical maneuvering equipment action, giant monsters of creative designs, possibly-incestuous “heroes”, and plot twists & deaths aplenty, the series is getting a new volume in 2024.
The volume is numbered 35 but won’t be a full-fledged book (via Comic Natalie). It’s an 18-page booklet called Bad Boys which will be included inside the series’ first official art book The Fly. Attack On Titan volume 35 will be out on 30 April 2024 in Japan. Here’s a quote from Attack on Titan creator Hajime Isayama about the upcoming volume.
“It’s been about two-and-a-half years since the serialization of Attack on Titan ended. We are now releasing a color art book. I’m very honored. I’m glad that the culmination of everything I’ve done so far has been compiled into a book.”
Meanwhile, the final Attack On Titan anime series chapter will premiere on 4th November. It probably won’t be deviating much from the manga’s original ending, which actually pissed off half the fanbase to the point where publisher Kodansha had to release public statements to be courteous to the mangaka when he’s out for international press tours.
