Yohane The Parhelion 2D Metroidvania Demo Out Now

Inti Creates announced its upcoming 2D game featuring Love Live! Sunshine!! fantasy spin-off(?) title Yohane the Parhelion will have a demo out during this month’s Steam Next Fest.

Starting on 9th October (today), the demo for Yohane the Parhelion: Blaze in the Deepblue will be available, featuring early areas of the game and content identical to the release version. It’ll be up for one week, so get to playing it now if you want to see Inti Creates’ latest 2D Metroidvania title featuring pop idols turned into fantasy characters.

“The player takes control of Yohane as she ventures into a mysterious dungeon alongside her partner Lailaps. She must challenge the monster-infested labyrinth to rescue her missing
friends. As Yohane crafts new equipment from the items she finds and gains the power of her comrades, she’ll be able to explore more and more of the dungeon.

Parts of the dungeon will have randomized layouts, making for a hack & slash action game that stays fresh each time you play it.”
