New Tekken 8 Gameplay Trailer Showcases Sergei Dragunov In Action
By Ali'sha Harris|December 6, 2023|0 Comment
Bandai Namco has released Tekken 8 Sergei Dragunov a.k.a The White Angel of Death gameplay trailer. The two-minute video provides a glimpse into Dragunov’s enigmatic personality and showcases his exceptional fighting prowess in Combat Sambo.
This fighting style, which has been modified from the offensive techniques of Sambo, is specifically designed and practised by members of the Russian military for self-defence in hand-to-hand combat situations. Veteran players will undoubtedly recognize several of his moves and his humorously peculiar fight intros, but he also possesses an array of fresh techniques, such as powerful kicks and shoulder tackles that effectively overwhelm his opponents.
Considering the animosity that Dragunov harbours towards Raven and Master Raven, it is unsurprising that he has a history with Victor Chevalier. As is the case with many other rivalries, the two possess a unique introduction whenever they face each other.
Having seen Dragunov, we’re left with just seven characters without gameplay trailers: Alisa, Devil Jin, Kuma, Lee, Panda, Shaheen, and Yoshimitsu. It won’t be long until the gameplay trailer for these characters is released.
Tekken 8 is slated to launch for the PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC via Steam on 26 January 2024.
