Stardew Valley’s Long Awaited 1.6 Update Gets A Release Date
Fellow farmers, it is time for our comeback! We finally have a release date for the long-awaited Stardew Valley 1.6 Update. ConcernedApe aka Eric Barone, creator of Stardew Valley, announced on X (Formerly Twitter) about the 8th Anniversary of the game. The update will go live on March 19 only on PC. However, other platforms will see a release hopefully soon. The update will bring an 8-player co-op, new major and mini-festivals, and over 100 lines of new dialogue.

Released in 2016, the game has sold over 30 million copies since its release. The game has seen major success, having its own concert tour and an official cookbook! ConcernedApe also announced a solo project, Haunted Chocolatier in late 2021, where players will run a chocolatier in a beautiful haunted castle.
