Keanu Reeves Is Shadow In Sonic The Hedgehog 3
According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, Keanu Reeves will be voicing Shadow The Hedgehog in the upcoming Sonic The Hedgehog 3.
First introduced in the video game Sonic Adventure 2 in 2001, Shadow is a creation of Professor Gerald Robotnik, the grandfather of Sonic’s arch-nemesis, Dr. Robotnik. He is basically to Sonic what Vegeta is to Goku in Dragon Ball.
Previously, Jim Carrey was confirmed to be reprising his role as Dr. Robotnik AKA Dr. Eggman.
Sonic The Hedgehog 2 premiered back in April 2022 and was a box office success garnering more than US$400 million at the global box office. We liked it for delivering what people wanted out of a film like this: more Sonic & his buddies fighting Dr Robotnik and fewer human scenes, though to be fair, James Marsden’s Tom is alright.
Sonic The Hedgehog 3 is slated to premiere in cinemas sometime in December 2024.
