Atomicrops-inspired Action Roguelike Morsels Releases in Early 2025

During the Nintendo Direct August 2024 live stream, Annapurna Interactive and Furcula unveiled the debut trailer for Morsels, an offbeat action roguelike game.

In Morsels, players take on the role of a courageous mouse locked in a struggle against the tyrannical cats that rule the game’s world. The mouse possesses the unique ability to utilize magical cards to transform into an array of charming little monsters. Players must gather and nurture a squad of their own monster companions to defy feline supremacy and restore harmony to the realm. With its grungy, whimsical setting reminiscent of Atomicrops, the game’s distinct personality is showcased through its surreal art style and unexpected gameplay elements.

Although the official launch date is yet to be confirmed, Morsels is slated for release on Nintendo Switch, PS5, and Steam in February 2025.
