Cyberpunk Edgerunners’ Studio Trigger Reveals Transformers Project In New Teaser

Is a new Studio Trigger Transformer anime coming soon?

This year (2024), the Transformers franchise is celebrating its 40th anniversary and Studio Trigger has unveiled a mysterious new Transformers teaser video to commemorate the occasion. The video features some familiar Transformers characters, such as Optimus Prime punching Megatron and others.

The short video could be potentially teasing anything, from a new Transformers anime, animated movie or OVA. We still don’t have the details, but the teaser promises more information soon.

Studio Trigger is best known for making anime such as Kill la Kill, several episodes of Star Wars Visions and recently, Cyberpunk Edgerunners on Netflix. They’re known for their high-quality and incredible animation, so a Transformers project would be a dream come true for many fans of the franchise.
