No Joke, We’re Getting A New LEGO Back To The Future Set This April’s Fool (Update)

LEGO has unveiled a new LEGO Back To The Future DeLorean set. It’s the best LEGO recreation of the iconic time-travelling car to date, which is superior to the 2013 version.

The new LEGO Back To The Future DeLorean set features 1,856 pieces (compared to the 401 pieces in the 2013 model), functional gull-wing doors, a brand-new windshield piece, and a flux capacitor that actually lights up.

Talk about premium.

The new LEGO Back To The Future DeLorean set can be built in three different configurations: one from the first Back To The Future movie, a hovering version from the futuristic 2015 timeline in the second movie; and the steampunk 1885 version from the third movie.

The new LEGO Back To The Future DeLorean set will be available from the official website and other retailers starting on 1 April 2022. It is priced at RM749.90 in Malaysia.
