Genshin Impact 2.8 Update Heizou Hangout Event & Kazuha Story Quest Walkthrough

This month’s major Genshin Impact 2.8 update is up now and features a slew of new major quests for fans to explore and complete. They’re worth a good amount of rewards and Primogems, so they’re worth checking out at least.

Genshin Impact Shikanoin Heizou Hangout Event Walkthrough

Here’s how you can unlock all the endings for Heizou’s hangout event, where you get to play detective with him.

Ending #1 “Memories Do Not Evaporate” – After rescuing Heizou from his cage, pick the dialogue options on the right to assist him in his investigation. This whole questline will lead to Ending #1.

Ending #2 “There’s One Secret” – After rescuing Heizou from his cage, pick the dialogue option on the left to bring him back. Then when you head back to the Tenryou location, pick “Im more concerned about the complaint letter about you”. This leads you to the Detective storyline quest. At the end of the questline, pick “Sango was wrong about Heizou, and the murderer was indeed Shiroyama” for Ending #2.

Ending #3 “The Famous Detective’s Principle” – After rescuing Heizou from his cage, pick the dialogue option on the left to bring him back. Then when you head back to the Tenryou location, pick “Im more concerned about the complaint letter about you”. This leads you to the Detective storyline quest. At the end of the questline, pick “Detective Heizou hid some evidence, the truth of the matter is…”.

Ending #4 “Free Onikabuto Lunch” – After rescuing Heizou from his cage, pick the dialogue option on the left to bring him back. Then when you head back to the Tenryou location, pick “An approval reply for Heizou Talks Fraud”. Picking this will lead to the Anti-Fraud branching path that’s about avoiding scams. Once that storyline is almost complete, pick “Itto, keep an eye out for Etsu and Iba!” when prompted to get Ending #4.

Ending #5 “The Three Undeceivable” – After rescuing Heizou from his cage, pick the dialogue option on the left to bring him back. Then when you head back to the Tenryou location, pick “An approval reply for Heizou Talks Fraud”. Picking this will lead to the Anti-Fraud branching path that’s about avoiding scams. Once that storyline is almost complete, pick “Itto, just follow your heart!” when prompted to get Ending #5.

Genshin Impact Kazuha Story Quest

This quest is pretty straightforward; follow the quest markers, talk to a few people, follow a shadow trail that leads to a duel with a swordsman. You’ll eventually head to a Domain where you control Kazuha and gain access to his awesome Anemo skills.
