Scream 6 Trailer Teases Ghostface With A Shotgun & The Return Of Hayden Panettiere’s Kirby

United International Pictures has unveiled a new trailer for the upcoming Scream VI or Scream 6.

Following the latest Ghostface killings, the four survivors leave Woodsboro behind and start a fresh chapter. In Scream 6, Melissa Barrera (“Sam Carpenter”), Jasmin Savoy Brown (“Mindy Meeks-Martin”), Mason Gooding (“Chad Meeks-Martin”), Jenna Ortega (“Tara Carpenter”), Hayden Panettiere (“Kirby Reed”) and Courteney Cox (“Gale Weathers”) return to their roles in the franchise alongside Jack Champion, Henry Czerny, Liana Liberato, Dermot Mulroney, Devyn Nekoda, Tony Revolori, Josh Segarra, and Samara Weaving.

In the picture above, Hayden Panettiere reprises her role as Kirby from 2011’s Scream 4. The one key character missing from Scream 6 is Neve Campbell, best known for playing the series’ previous protagonist and final girl, Sidney Prescott.

Scream 6 premieres in cinemas on 9 March 2023. In the meantime, check out our review of Scream 5 here.
