Stardew Valley Is Getting An Official Cookbook In 2024

The developer of the indie classic farm sim Stardew Valley, ConcernedApe will release an official cookbook for fans to recreate some of the game’s best dishes to life. It will be the third official Stardew Valley book after the Stardew Valley Guidebook and the Junimo Colouring Book.

Fans will be delighted to know that Eric Barone, creator of the game also co-authored the cookbook along with Ryan Novak, famously known for co-writing the Stardew Valley Guidebook and Hollow Knight Wanderer’s Journal.

The book features over 50 recipes inspired by meals in the game, including the Pink Cake, Crab Cakes, Farmer’s Lunch, Survival Burger, and Strange Bun. Similarly to the seasonal structure of Stardew Valley’s gameplay, the book contains recipes categorized by season, so you can prepare dishes for Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Vivid photographs and original illustrations are included in the official cookbook.

The Official Stardew Valley Cookbook will release on 16 April 2023. The hardcover edition is priced at $28.00 / RM127.23, while the digital Kindle edition will cost $13.99 / RM63.57. Since the book is yet to launch, fans can start to pre-order both editions on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.

Stardew Valley is now available on mobile for iOS and Android, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
