Viral Gaming Meme Shiba Inu Cheems Has Died After Long Battle With Cancer

You can’t keep a good dog down, even after death.

Balltze, the Shiba Inu dog who is renowned for his mischievous look all over the internet and is unanimously called Cheems worldwide, passed away on 19th August following the dog’s last thoracentesis surgery.

Balltze was diagnosed with leukaemia (cancer) late last year and has been undergoing treatment since.

Balltze’s owner announced this on social media, and asks the whole world to remember the joy the dog has brought to their video game memes.

“Do not be sad, please remember the joy that Balltze brought to the world. A Shiba Inu with a round smiley face that connects you and me, he has helped many people during the pandemic and brought much joy to many of you, but now his mission is complete. I think he is running free in the sky and eating a lot of delicious food with his new friends.”
