Sonic The Hedgehog 3 Teaser Unveils Official Logo, Confirms Jim Carrey’s Return As Dr. Robotnik

Paramount Pictures and United International Pictures Malaysia have unveiled the official logo for the upcoming Sonic The Hedgehog 3 in a new teaser trailer.

The teaser ends with a laugh from Jim Carrey as Dr. Robotnik, confirming his return.

The Sonic The Hedgehog 3 logo looks reminiscent of the Sonic Adventures 2 that was originally released in 2001 for the Sega Dreamcast and Nintendo Gamecube.

Sonic The Hedgehog 2 premiered in April 2022 and was a box office success garnering US$400 million at the global box office. We liked it for delivering what people wanted out of a film like this: more Sonic & his buddies fighting Dr Robotnik and fewer human scenes, though to be fair, James Marsden’s Tom is alright.

Sonic The Hedgehog 3 is slated to premiere in cinemas sometime in December 2024.
