Assassin’s Creed Shadows Is The Official Name For Assassin’s Creed Codename Red AKA AC Japan

Ubisoft has announced that Assassin’s Creed Codename Red AKA Assassin’s Creed Japan has received an OFFICIAL name, and it is Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

A full cinematic trailer for Assassin’s Creed Shadows will be released at 12 AM GMT+8 on 16 May 2024.

Leaks have claimed that the Assassin’s Creed Shadows’ release date will be 15 November 2024 and that it will not launch on last-gen consoles like PS4 and Xbox One. Of course, we’ll have to take all that with a grain of salt for now.

Assassin’s Creed Codename Red was originally announced back in 2022.

The latest game in the franchise, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, was released in October 2023 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
