#6. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

If you liked the first Guardians of the Galaxy, then you’ll love the second one for sure. It’s basically more of what the first movie offered, cranked up to eleven. However, this sequel is superior due to its success at tugging at our emotional heartstrings, with Star-Lord’s daddy issues at the heart of it all.

It didn’t do much to advance the narrative of the MCU as a whole, but it works great as a successor to the first movie, especially if all you want is more of the same comedy and colourful antics.
