All three of the Captain America movies are in the top ten of this list, and for good reason. Captain America: The First Avenger is arguably the best origin movie in the MCU, offering a period piece that tells us all we need about how Steve Rogers embodies the spirit and ideals of Captain America, even before the Super Soldier Serum.

Chronologically, this is the first movie in the MCU, taking place before all the others. Captain America is the heart of the MCU (like Superman is supposed to be for the DCEU), and this movie establishes that perfectly.
