Kingdom Hearts 3 ReMind DLC Announced

Square Enix hosted a special Kingdom Hearts Orchestra: World of Tres concert in Tokyo, Japan last weekend, in which franchise creator Tetsuya Nomura made an appearance on stage. Was he there to perform the series’ iconic theme Simple And Clean? Nope. He was there to announce Kingdom Hearts 3 DLC (via Gematsu).

The paid DLC for the game is titled Kingdom Hearts 3 ReMind. It will feature:

  • An additional scenario called ReMind
  • A new Limited Episode and bosses
  • A new Secret Episode and secret boss
  • English language option for the Japanese version of the game

Nomura did not reveal a release date for the Kingdom Hearts 3 DLC, though he did confirm that other than Kingdom Hearts 3 ReMiND, players will also be getting more free DLC in the form of new Forms and Keyblades for Sora.

It’s very likely that more details and information for Kingdom Hearts 3 ReMind will be revealed at E3 2019, as Square Enix will be holding a presentation on 11 June 2019 (read the full story here).

In the meantime, check out our Kingdom Hearts 3 review here, or check out what I think the future of the franchise post-Kingdom Hearts 3 will be here.
