The fantasy animation is of a quality never before seen during its time, and it still holds up against modern productions today. A timeless work of art that goes best with strong beverages and good company.

So there you go. Seven Ghibli films to introduce your normie significant other to, so he/she would stop making fun of your hobbies. By the time you go through at least three of these films, you would be well prepared for all the other Ghibli films available on Netflix. At least, until they decide to license Grave of the Fireflies.
