Premier League Has The Best Passers In FIFA 23
FIFA 23 is slated to release on 27 September and with that EA SPORTS is commemorating by sharing the players who have the highest-rated Passing in FIFA 23.
The English Premier League dominates half of the list with a total of 10 players from seven different clubs. Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne sits atop of the list with a whopping 93 Passing. Real Madrid’s Toni Kroos ties second with a rating of 90 Passing along with Villareal’s Parejo and Paris Saint-Germain’s Lionel Messi.
