Elden Ring Sold 20 Million Copies Less Than A Year Since Release

It pays to be a Tarnished, it seems.

Bandai Namco has announced that its action RPG Elden Ring, made by From Software of Dark Souls fame, has sold over 20 million copies in just under a year. The game came out on 25th February 2022 for PC and consoles.

The PC version of Elden Ring has very positive Steam reviews that span under half-a-million. In addition, we also get this line from Bandai Namco’s official press release concerning the latest sales milestone.

“The companies would like to thank everyone who has played this game from the bottom of their hearts, and will continue to develop various ways for the fans to enjoy the world of Elden Ring in the future.”
