Gundam Fans Have Until 2024 To Visit The Life-Sized Mobile Suit In Japan
By Alleef Ashaari|February 21, 2023|0 Comment
Bandai and Evolving G have announced that the life-sized Gundam attraction at Gundam Factory Yokohama will be available for another year, up until 31 March 2024. Located at Yamashita Pier in Yokohama, Japan, it was originally planned to be closed in March 2023.
According to Dengeki Hobby, the reason for the extension is because the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a decreased number of visitors over the past few years. Now things are getting better and gradually improving, so they have decided to make it available until next year since the number of tourists is increasing again.
The Gundam attraction has been open since December 2020. This is all great news for fans of Gundam, who can now plan their trip to Japan up until next year to check out the life-sized mobile suit.
In the meantime, check out our review and recap of the first cour of the current Mobile Suit Gundam The Witch From Mercury anime series.
