We Talk To The Director Of Hi-Fi Rush About How They Kept It A Secret, Its Action, & The No Straight Roads Comparison
Hi-Fi Rush is out now for PC and Xbox, and it’s a helluva trip from the developers of The Evil Within series and Ghostwire: Tokyo. What’s really cool is that it’s a 5-year project in the making that didn’t even leak; it just came out of the woodwork during the Xbox and Bethesda Developer Direct livestream.
We managed to be the first Southeast Asian outlet to secure an exclusive interview with Tango Gameworks director John Johanas about his new action rhythm game hybrid. We ask the tough questions about the game’s design and whether its similarities with No Straight Roads is purely coincidental.
