#16. Spider-Man: Far From Home

We’d hate to be the film that comes after one of 2019’s biggest capstone movie. How will a mere Spider-Man hijinx film top Avengers: Endgame?

Simple: it doesn’t. This Spider-Man film excels in just being popcorn fluff that expands upon Peter Parker’s trials and tribulations. In this case, it’s trying to fill in the void of a mentor and father figure he lost. Coupled with solid acting from Jake Gyllenhall as Mysterio/Quentin Beck, and some surprises for Spider-fans post-credits, you could do worse than watching this once or twice.
