Marvel 1943 Rise Of Hydra Comes In 2025, Revealed As Amy Hennig’s Next Game

Remember the Amy Hennig Marvel game announced back in 2022? Skydance New Media, helmed by award-winning writer and director Amy Hennig, and Marvel Games have finally shared new details on their upcoming narrative-driven action-adventure game, and its official title is Marvel 1943 Rise Of Hydra.
A new trailer gives fans a sneak peek into an original story that takes players on a WWII-era adventure with an ensemble of four heroes playable at different points in the game.
In the chaos of war, worlds collide. Captain America and Azzuri, the Black Panther of the 1940s, must overcome their differences and form an uneasy alliance to confront their common enemy. Fighting alongside Gabriel Jones of the Howling Commandos, and Nanali, a Wakandan spy embedded in Occupied Paris, they must join forces to stop a sinister plot that threatens to turn the havoc of World War II into the ultimate rise of Hydra.
As the game’s narrative unfolds, players will assume the role of four central characters: a young Steve Rogers, AKA Captain America; Azzuri, T’Challa’s grandfather and the WWII-era Black Panther; Gabriel Jones, a U.S. soldier and member of the Howling Commandos; and Nanali, a Wakandan spy embedded in Occupied Paris.
Marvel 1943 Rise Of Hydra is slated to launch for unspecified platforms in 2025.
