Here’s Everything You Need To Know About The New COD Mobile Zombie Mode
By Burhanudin Zamri|November 26, 2019|0 Comment
One of the best features of past Call of Duty games is the Zombies Mode which pits the players against hordes of zombies and other monstrosities in missions that can be done solo or in co-op. It’s good to see Call of Duty: Mobile also getting the fan-requested mode.
The Call of Duty: Mobile Zombies Mode can be played right now. You just have to make sure that you’ve reached level 5 in-game and then you’re good to go. Do note that Zombies Mode is a temporary addition to the game so make sure you don’t miss out on this unique event. Activision didn’t state when the event will end so better make full use of it.
There are two modes that can be played: Survival Mode and Raid Mode. Both of them take place on a map called Shi No Numa (Swamp of Death). If you’ve ever played Call of Duty: World at War, then I’m sure you’ll be quite familiar with the locale.
In Survival Mode, your mission to fight against an endless horde of zombies and see how long you can last before succumbing to the undead onslaught. You can choose to either play on Normal or Heroic difficulty. There’s a special map easter egg if you play on Heroice but you’ll still have find it and complete it yourself.
In Raid Mode, you fight against a predetermined number of waves. 8 waves in Normal and 12 waves in Heroic. When you decimate all of the zombie waves, you’ll take on a final boss. It appears to be some sort of scorpion-crab monster called “Abomination”. Playing on Heroic might also lead you to a second boss and more secret areas.
Regardless of which mode you play, Zombies mode will reward you every three rounds and you can get up to five rewards each session. That’s a bit disappointing since I’m pretty sure some of us will be good enough to survive more than 15 rounds in Survival Mode.
