Before Square Enix butchered the Front Mission series with Left Alive, the company tried their damndest to localize their mecha-based strategy RPG title for an English-speaking audience. We ended up getting the “weaker” sequel of the long-running series, but we didn’t care.

Many RPG fans had a ball of a time customizing their Wanzers and enjoying the branching storyline filled with political intrigue and themes of war. Fans who wanted more out of their turn-based mecha battles can replay the game twice thanks to the two different storylines and various levels that come with it.
