Henry Cavill Shows Off Geek Cred By Painting Warhammer Miniatures During COVID-19 Lockdown

So what’s a Hollywood actor to do when he’s not able to go out of his home during the COVID-19 lockdown that’s happening worldwide? He paints Warhammer miniatures, that’s what. When that actor turns out to be Henry Cavill, then people start noticing.

The star of the Witcher Netflix miniseries and Man of Steel seems to love showing off his nerdy hobbies. Being a big Witcher fan, a World of Warcraft player who nearly missed one of his major auditions because of a raid, and having played Total War: Warhammer 2 six times as six different races, you’d think this guy would be a shoe-in to endorse fantasy RPGs or miniature titles.

Check out the post below, complete with some word of thanks to the National Health Service in the UK.

There’s even a petition for him to star as the Emperor of Mankind in a big-budget Warhammer HBO series, which for the record isn’t happening. Yet.
