This Digital Video Game Festival Is Coming To Steam Next Week
By Melvyn Tan|April 16, 2020|0 Comment
While The Steam Game Festival: Summer Edition is coming in June, there’s another game festival that will be arriving much earlier.
Started by Orwell publisher Fellow Traveller, The LudoNarraCon is a narrative game-themed digital festival, and it’ll be coming to Steam on 24 April (till the 27th). There’ll be over 20 demos to try out, plus dozens of exhibitors, over 10 panels about game development, and a sale “featuring over 50 games”.
The panels will feature “industry influencers” and will be streamed for 12 hours on the festival’s Steam landing page. Meanwhile, the developers and publishers partaking in the event will stream gameplay, “couch chats”, and behind-the-scenes looks on their respective store pages.
The games involved include Coffee Talk, Beyond The Veil, Coda, Heaven’s Vault, and many more. There are some pretty intriguing titles like Paradise Killer, Boyfriend Dungeon, Chinatown Detective Agency, An Airport for Aliens Currently Run by Dogs, and Do Not Feed the Monkeys too. I’ll definitely be checking at least one of those out.Â
