Update [11th March 2021 @ 1:40PM]
Sinatraa has responded to the allegations with a short post via Tweetlonger. Nothing much was said apart from him alluding that him and his ex, Cleo saw the relationship ‘differently’. Denying of having assaulted her, he also added that he is giving his full cooperation to the investigation of the said matter.
Update [11th March 2021 @ 10AM]
In light of the accusations directed at their former MVP, the league where Sinatraa first made his name, the Overwatch League have released the following statement via their Twitter account:

Safe to say, the OWL are not only distancing themselves from the former face of the league, they are also removing any traces of him from the game.
Original story:
The latest in esports drama, at least in the personal lives of pro players, just reared its ugly head.
Overwatch League MVP Jay “Sinatraa” Won -Mr 150k in most circles- has allegedly sexually assaulted his then-girlfriend Cleo Hernandez who goes by the Twitter handle cleooo. In the public Google Docs, she stated that Sinatraa has been manipulative, has forced himself onto her multiple times, has gaslit her, and has used his status to undermine her. Basically an abusive relationship.
“I have avoided talking about any aspect of me and Jay’s relationship for over a year. I never spoke about it mostly because this is horrifying and also because I’ve seen the way women in our community are treated when they try to talk about being hurt by prominent figures.”
“Sometimes he’d pretend to be OK with my excuses but then he’d ask just for me to kiss him and I’d say okay and then he just did more and more until we had sex anyways. I’d try and say no again and he’d just push himself on me anyways.
Eventually, I would rather just say yes and lay there until he was done than fight him on the no. [On one occasion] he wanted to have sex, I didn’t have an excuse for why I didn’t want to at the time, so I just let it happen and laid there and stared at the ceiling with him on top of me, his weight crushing my chest. I think about staring up at that ceiling everyday.”

However, we have yet to hear from Sinatraa’s side of things. Ex-Overwatch League player Dafran has highlighted that this may be an alleged ploy to “cancel” a high-profile player like Sinatraa.
We have to wait for Sinatraa's side of the story. E-girls can be fucking scary as a twitch streamer. They will try to jebait or photoshop evidence and then fuck you. Im not saying she is one, but she could be. People have been waiting for something to cancel Sinatraa over https://t.co/golWvkVG1z

For those who don’t know, Sinatraa is now playing Valorant competitively. So when news of this accusation hit the internet, Riot Games’ global head of competitive operations Alex Francois said that Sinatraa will be suspended from competing in Valorant this weekend.
“We are aware of the current situation regarding Jay Won (Sinatraa) and have launched an investigation. Per our existing competitive rules and investigative process, a decision has been made to suspend Won throughout the investigation and therefore he will not be able to compete this weekend.”
Sinatraa’s current team, the Los Angeles Sentinels, has also released a statement and are investigating these claims.
We are aware of the current situation regarding Jay “Sinatraa” Won and have launched an investigation internally. While the investigation is pending, he is suspended from the team.
We will provide a further update once the investigation has concluded.
