When he’s not playing Macavity in Cats or Bloodsport in The Suicide Squad, Idris Elba is usually cast as a gruff guy masterminding a drug empire in Baltimore or a commander fighting giant kaijus.
His next big role? A CGI echidna with giant fists. You heard right: Idris Elba will be voicing Knuckles in the upcoming Sonic The Hedgehog sequel, which is due in 2022.
