Konami’s eFootball Signs Exclusive Deal With US Major League Soccer

Konami has announced that eFootball is getting exclusive rights to Major League Soccer Players Association (MLSPA) teams and players from the United States Of America.

According to the Japanese company, MLSPA players will officially appear in the licensed eFootball video game franchise via a new agreement with the MLSPA group licensing representative OneTeam.

In addition to securing the full MLSPA player roster, the eFootball video game series confirmed 11 MLSPA stars as ambassadors including Jonathan Dos Santos, Josef Martinez and Eduard Atuesta.

For those unfamiliar, eFootball will be Konami’s free-to-plat football/soccer game moving forward. It is available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PC, Android and iOS.
