Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia will announce the winners of the PlayStation Partner Awards 2021 Japan Asia from 2 to 3 December 2021.

The PlayStation Awards have been held annually since 1995, recognizing the PlayStation versions of hit titles sold across the Japan and Asia regions. However, in what is a departure from the past few years, there won’t be a live event, broadcast or presentation.

No reason was provided for why that is, but all the winners of the PlayStation Partner Awards 2021 Japan Asia will be announced via the @PlayStation_JP Twitter account.

PARTNER AWARD

In the titles of software makers developed in Japan and Asia, it was ranked at the top of the global sales from October 2020 to September 2021, and it was a work that left a particularly noteworthy activity result.

SPECIAL AWARD

In the titles of software makers developed in regions other than Japan and Asia, it will be awarded to the top-selling works in Japan and Asia from October 2020 to September 2021.

In indie games developed in Japan and Asia, it will be awarded to the top-selling titles in the world from October 2020 to September 2021. In the titles of software makers developed in Japan and Asia, it will be presented to works that have left particularly noteworthy activity results at the time of PS5 release.
