X-Men 97 Final Trailer Makes Fun Of The Fox Movie Costumes & Teases Cable, A Swarm Of Prime Sentinels

Marvel Studios and Disney+ Hotstar have released a final trailer for X-Men 97, teasing the final three episodes of the current season. At the end of the trailer, Cyclops even makes fun of and mocks the “black leather” costumes of the 20th Century Fox X-Men movies from the 2000s.

We also get a glimpse of a swarm of Prime Sentinels, which is epic!

The synopsis reads:

The upcoming animated series revisits the iconic era of the 1990s as The X-Men, a band of mutants who use their uncanny gifts to protect a world that hates and fears them, are challenged like never before, forced to face a dangerous and unexpected new future. The voice cast includes Ray Chase as Cyclops, Jennifer Hale as Jean Grey, Alison Sealy-Smith as Storm, Cal Dodd as Wolverine, JP Karliak as Morph, Lenore Zann as Rogue, George Buza as Beast, AJ LoCascio as Gambit, Holly Chou as Jubilee, Isaac Robinson-Smith as Bishop, Matthew Waterson as Magneto and Adrian Hough as Nightcrawler.

X-Men The Animated Series originally aired on Fox Kids for 76 episodes across five seasons from 1992 to 1997. The series is currently available to stream on Disney+ Hotstar.
