You Can Now Play Destiny 2 For Free
By Kenn Leandre|November 28, 2017|0 Comment
Ever wondered what it feels like to spend hours grinding to obtain that coveted Legendary Warlock helmet only to be shunned by the RNG Gods who instead gave you a rifle that you already have? Well boy aren’t you in luck!
The updated grind-fest but now with a more decent story, shooter-RPG Destiny 2 is getting a free trial starting November 28 2017. The free trial will be available on all platforms – on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC (via Battle.net). In the free trial, you will get to play the first two mission destinations: the European Dead Zone (EDZ) on Earth and the moon Titan; a decent offering which should give you a proper insight into the game world. You will also be able to visit the Farm social space and all progress can be carried on to the full game, once you decided to purchase it.

Looking forward to test out competitive multiplayer in the Crucible? Yes you can but until you purchase the full game, you are only limited to quickplay playlists. In the free trial, you will be capped to Level 7 – just so you know, and based on our experience completing the game, the free trial essentially allows you 1/3rd access of the game. So there.
It’s also a good time for newbies to try out the game, ahead of its first expansion which is set to drop in December.
So suit up, Guardians. See you at the Tower or…. you can just skip all this and play the free-to-play Warframe instead – which we feel will give Destiny 2 a run for its money.
