The pre-order for PlayStation 4 exclusive, Marvel’s Spider-Man will start from today, April 27, 2018 at PlayStation Store. Digital pre-orders net you three additional Spidey suits – two of which we know already – Spider-Punk and the Infinity War Iron Spider suit. The third skin is yet-to-be announced.

On top of that, digital pre-orders come with the following:

  • 5 Extra Skill Points
  • Early Unlock of a Spider-Drone Gadget
  • Spider-Man PS4â„¢ Custom Theme
  • Spider-Man PSN Avatar

The Digital Deluxe version grants you the following additional items (on top of the full game and items above assuming you pre-ordered your game):

Three chapters in Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City that Never Sleeps series – Available post launch, each chapter contains:
•Additional missions
•Additional characters from the Spider-Man universe
•Additional suits for Spider-Man

Digital Standard Edition will retail at MYR 199 while the Deluxe Edition will be MYR 224.

If you’re the sort who prefer physical copies, the suggested retail price for Standard Edition will be MYR 209 while the Collector’s Edition will be MYR 699 which comes with the following:

  • The City that Never Sleeps Pack (Also available through the Digital Deluxe as mentioned above)
  • White Spider Sticker
  • Marvel’s Spider-man Statue
  • Custom Steelbook
  • Mini Artbook

Still confused? We don’t blame you. These pre-orders can be a doozy at times.

  • So if you want the additional skins, you pre-order the game digitally. We are unsure whether you will receive the same if you order the physical version though. We have contacted the folks at SIE and will revert once we have the answers
  • You DO NOT need to get the Digital Deluxe to obtain the additional skins.
  • Collector’s Edition is essentially Digital Deluxe + physical goodies

Developed by Insomniac Games, Marvel’s Spider-Man will be released on September 7, 2018.
