EA Confirms FIFA 21 Release Window In 2020
By Alleef Ashaari|May 6, 2020|0 Comment
EA has published its first-quarterly 2020 earnings report, and the financial results confirm that the publisher will be releasing FIFA 21 as usual in 2020, despite the uncertainty of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
Both FIFA 21 and Madden 21 will be released in 2020. The report also revealed that FIFA 21 will launch within the second quarter of EA’s fiscal year, which means between August and December 2020. That all but confirms the annual release date for FIFA 21 is the same as previous years; which will be sometime in September 2021.
In addition, the report also states that the company plans to launch another EA Sports title, an additional EA HD title, four EA Partners titles and two mobile soft-launches, all of which remain unnamed as of now.
Impressively, last year’s FIFA 20 has managed to reach more than 25 million unique players to date, while Respawn Entertainment’s Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order has exceeded 10 million.
