The Mass Effect Trilogy Cast Will Assemble On N7 Day 2020

Several of the voice cast from BioWare’s Mass Effect trilogy are reuniting for a special panel in celebration of N7 Day 2020, which will take place on 7 November 2020.

Both the male and female voices of protagonist Commander Shepard, Mark Meer and Jennifer Hale respectively, posted about the upcoming event on Twitter.

They also revealed that they’ll be joined by voice cast members of the Mass Effect trilogy, along with Mass Effect developers Karin Weekes and Patrick Weekes.

The cast line-up (so far) includes Raphael Sbarge (Kaiden Alenko), Kimberly Brooks (Ashley Williams), Courtney Taylor (Jack), Alix Wilton Regan (Traynor), William Salyers (Mordin Solus), D.C. Douglas (Legion), Ali Hillis (Liara T’Soni), and Steve Blum (Grunt).

The panel will take place at 11am PST on 7 November 2020 (which is 3am GMT+8 on 8 November 2020 for Southeast Asian countries like Malaysia). The link to the event will be revealed soon.

Mass Effect fans will know that the annual N7 Day is a time of celebration for their beloved franchise. However, since the release of the mediocre and disappointing Mass Effect Andromeda in 2017, fans have had little to celebrate.

It’s no wonder then, that this upcoming panel consists of only the voice cast members from the Mass Effect trilogy. Were the Mass Effect Andromeda voice cast even invited?

It’ll probably be embarrassing for them to show up even if they were (not that it was their fault that the game turned out to be bad in the first place, we have BioWare and EA to blame for that).

What’s most exciting about the special N7 Day panel is that it would be the perfect opportunity to finally officially announce the heavily-rumoured Mass Effect trilogy remaster.

We’ll have to wait and see what’s in store, Mass Effect fans.
