Multiple Cyberpunk 2077 Lawsuits Have Combined Into One Giant Lawsuit

Teamwork does indeed make the dream work. Though that could be unfortunate for this one particular video game company: four separate lawsuits filed against CD Projekt Red have been merged into one large lawsuit by the Polish court.

According to a CD Projekt blog post, the company has provided the latest update regarding its Cyberpunk 2077-related legal issues.

“The court has consolidated the lawsuits and appointed a lead plaintiff. Following this consolidation, all four lawsuits will be subject to potential common court proceedings.”

Two of the lawsuits were infamous since it talks about being misled by CD Projekt Red regarding Cyberpunk 2077′s features and the game being ready at launch. It clearly wasn’t, especially if you were playing the PS4 and Xbox One versions on base consoles. The other two aren’t mentioned, but they were similar enough to warrant the Voltron lawsuit combo.

At this point in time, CD Projekt is still adamant on defending itself from these lawsuits. It’s also patching out Cyberpunk 2077 still, with the last major update fixing 484 issues on PC and consoles 2 months ago.
