Here’s Why People Are Talking About The New Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin Demo

The second demo of Koei Tecmo’s Team Ninja and Square Enix’s new action RPG Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin seems to be getting a lot of buzz, particularly because of this one scene.

After you defeat the boss Advent Chaos, you are treated to a cutscene where the three heroes meet up with a female warrior named Neon. After she talks about pretending to be a figment of Chaos to get people to defeat her, this scene happens (via Damiancus’ Twitch stream):

Jack Garland replies “bulls***”, puts on his earphones and listens to what I assume is a Limp Bizkit song and just walks away. The internet reacts appropriately to the potential memeable clip. Some creative folks also added in their own twists & edits:

On an interesting note, the Stranger of Paradise: FF Origin second demo features a new stage that takes place on an area called the Refrin Wetlands, which is clearly inspired by Final Fantasy XIII’s Sunleth Waterscape. Something tells us that Stranger of Paradise: FF Origin will be making a ton of callbacks with its level design.

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin will be out on 11th March 2022 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
