#13. Avengers: Age of Ultron

Joss Whedon attempted to out-do the first Avengers movie, with mixed results. While the stakes were big (which resulted in the fallout that sparks the events of Captain America Civil War), Ultron was ultimately a letdown compared to his comic book version.

Fans expected him to be a terrifying and deadly AI villain, but he turned out to be an angry teenager with daddy issues instead, trying but (failing) to wise-crack. Also, Quicksilver died way too soon. Still, great fight scenes and hero dynamics between the core Avengers team though.
