Update:
Some players on the Xbox One are reporting over 84GB download sizes for Call Of Duty Modern Warfare Season 4. Publisher Activision has since clarified that this is a mistake, and they’re working on fixing the issue.
As previously reported, the Xbox One file size should be around 44.3GB, and not double that.
We’re actively investigating an issue for #ModernWarfare where some players on Xbox are seeing a larger than expected download size for today’s update. Stay tuned for updates

Call of Duty Modern Warfare Season 4, Call of Duty Warzone Season 4, and Call Of Duty Mobile Season 7 are slated to launch later today at 11pm PDT on 10 June 2020, or 2pm GMT+8 on 11 June 2020 in Southeast Asian countries like Malaysia.
According to a Call Of Duty Modern Warfare Twitter fan account, here’s how big the file sizes for the update will be depending on the platform:
Call of Duty Warzone and Modern Warfare Season 4 file sizes:
• Xbox One: 44.3GB
• PS4: 32.5GB
• PC (Warzone only): 39.6GB
• PC (MW & Warzone owners): 45GB2 hours to go. #ModernWarfare pic.twitter.com/ydweiBwxis

This was already corroborated by Senior Communications Manager Ashton Williams last night; that players should expect a massive initial download size. However (in the same tweet), she also clarified that it will ultimately only be 4GB in total when the update finishes installing.
The Season 4 download is going to be large. In order to reduce the overall disc space that MW and WZ take up, we’re compressing a bunch of assets. Once installed, the S4 launch will only take up an additional 4GB on consoles for all of the new content.
